Study groups

There are many different ideas about what consciousness is and what makes us human. I sometimes wonder which ideas and theories that really are verifiable and even why this is important. I believe it is useful many times to gather information from different schools and sources, people who have explored the subject of “energies” and consciousness in slightly different ways. Many ideas coincide. But you also find different opinions and theories here, like everywhere else, in the human society. No wonder, this is a field based on experience and they could as such differ. When you take in views and research from many, you get a broader base to lean on, when you decide on your own way forward. Working with energies is “based on experience”; and we all have different spiritual and practical conditions. It is therefore not possible to teach someone else exactly how energy works. Yet, I find it most helpful to highlight different methods and have the opportunity of discussing them with others. That is the background to my study circles where I first and foremost see myself as the “inspirer” – a bit like the “school librarian”. I haven’t read and seen everything about energies. But I have met some who have written and spoken about energies in such a way that I feel I have quite a lot to share. My goal is to become as wise as I can during this incarnation. Therefore, I am passionate about sharing my theoretical and practical experiences of energy work with my clients. In my study circles, I try to find subjects, which attract many people. I not only share my own experiences, I also present books, films and podcasts created by some of the most well-known people in the world related to the conscousness research. Hearing the theories directly from the horse’s mouth make them easier to understand and perhaps even more reliable and trustworthy. Many clients witness that the discussions on consciousness and other spiritual subjects held in my circles, are talks they never would have with their friends. They have felt lonely and odd an have now found a context for their thoughts to be expressed.

My activities in this area include various activities at Zoom. The heading study circles includes some main areas like reading circles, single lectures on specific subjects held by me or invited experts. And in 2024 I started a soul based group coaching program in how to make your manifestation conscious and get the results you long for. This is a diploma program of eight opportunities with some theory on how to be successful in your manifesting process – but you also work on a personal change during the program period, which is followed-up closely and discussed in the group. I invite people who match energetically to this program, called Personal Reality Shaping. I have already had a number of Swedish groups started their journey within this program format.

Thematic Reading and Conversation Circles

In the reading circles, we discuss where you might be and do when not incarnated, what you can do to clear physical blocks and reach the core of yourself and how the universal power works and could be of help to you. We are many people who read, attend on-line-courses from other parts of the world and spend a lot of time thinking about how spirituality is related to modern theories of quantum physics and old philosophers and wisdom traditions. The books cover a wide range from fiction to research based litterature. The idea of the reading circles is to provide inspiration for people to choose an easier and more nurturing life path. Most important is that we read and discuss without further requirements for result. We are open for the fact that the texts land differently in each and everyone of us. We have a great fun and find new people and friends to discuss our spiritual interests with.

Reading Circle No One: Said about life between lives and higher wisdom – 14,5 h / 7 meetings at Zoom

We read books about near-death-experiences and about life between life hypnosis and meet seven evenings at Zoom (every third week). During that time, we read three books on the subject what the soul maybe is doing when we are not incarnated and see how these insights land in us. In our first meeting, I provide a short presentation of the three books of the circle and give you advice on where to find them. In the follow-up meetings, we discuss half a book at the time. And in the last meeting, which is slightly extended, we have also time to reflect on the subject as such.

Reading Circle No Three: Said about your power and the secret power of the Universe – 19 h / 9 meetings at Zoom

We read books about the sacred power of Universe/the Source/God and the quantum field. We meet nine evenings at Zoom (every third week). The books in this circle all discuss the subject of our relationship with the universal wisdom. We see and discuss how the texts land in us. Vi ser och diskuterar hur de landar i oss. Advanced Conversation Circle No Four: Said about spirituality and awareness raising – 10 h / 5 meetings at Zoom

This conversation circle is the continuation of the first three reading circles. It is therefore a requirement that you have participated in at least two of them. We meet five evenings at Zoom (every third week) and listen to approximately two hours of podcasted or Youtube material between the meetings. We discuss a new subject at each occasion, a subject which can provide an improved understanding of how we can raise our awareness and make more active choices while incarnated here on Earth. The purpose is to create a solid base for how energy work can improve our manifestation processes. In each meeting, I provide a short presentation of material we will discuss in the next meeting and of the people behind the podcasts and Youtube films we will study. When we meet we see and discuss how the material land in us.

Our subjects:

• Our subconscious potental; we discuss how we can activate our subconscious and manifest more consciously in our everyday lives.
• The Universal Intelligence; we discuss the interplay between humans and the highest universal intelligence.
• The intention; we discuss the intention setting as a tool and its possible effects on humanity.
• The Enegy Creature; we discuss epigenetics and the physics of our bodies.
• The Shortcomings of Science; we discuss the nature of the experience and its shirked role in the in the public discourse of today.

The Manifestation Program; Personal Reality Shaping – 18 h / 8 meetings at Zoom

This program is for you who are tired of old patterns of life and woould like to try shaping your life in a completely new and unique way, in a group of like-minded people. If you have had a Basic Akashic Records Reading or a Powerwheel Analysis, you may apply for the diploma program, which is provided as a group coaching. This is not a learning program in traditional meaning but a development support in group. This program in the art of manifestation, has as its ultimate purpose to provide personal training in how you do to live in line with your own soul structure and thereby get abundance and flow in one or several life areas. This is achieved by excersizes in active energy work during a period of time. Different theories about the art of conscious manifestation is combined with practical training and group discussions on what is achieved in each individual manifestation project. The challenges, abilities and possibilities of each unique soul are taken as point of departure. The meetings are adopted to the availability of the participants – but take in most cases place every second week at a certain day agreed upon by the group members. We meet during 18 hours at 8 occations. Groups are started whenever there are enough souls with soul characteristics in common. Then an invitation is sent out to those who have showed interest and are listed on a special waiting-list. We pause for Christmas and summer holidays.  Every meeting is initiated by a enegy check-in and is ended by an equal check-out and contain a theory part and a part where the results of the individual manifestation prodjects are being discussed. In addition to that, you will get advice on what to focus on between meetings, when you are supposed to work with your personal manifestation project – some kind of life change – using your unique abilities. The atmosphere is supportive. Upon completion of program, you will have a solid base for how to be successful in manifesting what you would like in life. You have tested to work with at least one life change using your energy abilities and you have learnt how to evaluate the results you manifest by using your unique preconditions at soul level. Possibly, you have also met some new friends with similar soul settings and interests to share thoughts and ideas with in the long run. A diploma is given upon program completion to all participants, who hves been present at the meetings.

Please, let me know.) A Basic Akashic Record Reading provides you with the best preconditions for a successful program.

Lectures/Curious-About-Webbinars

My Curious About Webbinars give you the opportunity of entering into consciousness related subjects in a quick and easy way. There are several subjects which could come up related to awareness raising, spirituality and well-being. Previous subjects have been, Psychosynthetis, Akashic Records, Soul Regression Therapy and Astrology. At such an event, a special guest or I myself speak about a subject that we have good knowledge of and find entertaining. After the presentation, the participants have the possibilities of mingling with one another and the invited guest. At times, group work could take place. In such case, this would be announced where the guest and subject are presented.
