TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING AND PURCHASING SERVICE WITH AKASHAINSPIRATÖRENn
The purpose of Akashainspiratören’s terms is to clarify which rules apply in connection with booking and purchasing services and products from Akashainspiratören. It includes information about how Akashainspiratören processes personal data and cookies on its website as well as what applies to purchases, re-bookings and cancellations of services. Those who would l like to enjoy Akashainspiratören’s services are hereinafter referred to as “the client”(individual clients) or “the corporate costumer” (companies and organizations) whereas the company Akashainspiratören are referred to as “Akashainspiratören”. All changes to this Terms and Conditions Appendix are published on Akashainspiratören’s website.
§ 1. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
1.1 Akashainspiratören is obliged to protect the client’s privacy and complies with the EU directive GDPR.
1.2 Upon booking and paying for a service, Akashainspiratören usually collects the following information about the client: Name, address, e-mail address, postal address and telephone number. When it is necessary for the implementation of the service, for example for Akashic Records’ readings, Akashainspiratören also requests information about the client’s date of birth (place of birth, date of birth and name at birth).
1.3 Akashainspiratören does not collect more personal information than necessary to guarantee the client a safe and good service.
1.4 Akashainspiratören maintains a structured system for client consent. Upon the engagement of Akashainspiratören, the client agrees that Akashainspiratören may collect and process his/her personal data submitted.
1.5 Upon the client’s consent, Akashainspiratören uses the information collected to offer the client information about Akashainspiratören’s ongoing activities (for example, special offers, new services and prices).
1.6 The client may at any time request access to the personal data collected by Akashainspiratören about him/her, change this information and request that his/her personal data is deleted from Akashainspiratören’s register and/or withdraw from Akashainspiratören’s newsletter service and other standardized e-mails.
1.7 Booking and payment for soul reading/s in the Akashic Records: Upon receipt of the client’s booking and payment, Akashainspiratören conduct the reading and makes a written record of the soul reading/s that the client has booked and paid for. The soul reading is then offered to the client with delivery at Zoom at the booked appointment after the payment procedure. These written record of the reading will be saved by Akashainspiratören for future follow-up of the reading/s, if the client has not specifically expressed in writing (for example in an email) that the reading should be deleted from Akashainspiratören’s devices.
1.8 A client who has had a soul reading delivered may at any time after the reading has been delivered request that the record of the reading be deleted from Akashainspiratören’s registers and devices.
1.9 Akashainspiratören does not sell, let or lend mailing lists for its newsletters or other registered information, Akashic Records’ readings or information about usage trends to any other company or organization but keep it for internal use. Akashainspiratören may, however, when necessary, share its registered e-mail addresses with its website administrator or IT technicians working on Akashainspiratören’s assignment for the offering of services on Akashainspiratören’s website and in its newsletters. The e-mail addresses are not stored with the website administrator/IT technician.
1.10 Akashainspiratören’s newsletters and standardized emails always provide the client with information on how he/she can subscribe from the newsletters and thereby receiving further updates via e-mail.
1.11 The handling of personal data guaranteed by this Terms and Conditions Appendix only applies to the website of Akashainspiratören. Akashainspiratören’s website may contain links to other addresses. The contents of these other addresses are not controlled by Akashainspiratören. These links are there to provide information and service to the client. However, Akashainspiratören takes no responsibility for how these other websites manage the client’s personal information.
1.12 Data can never be 100% protected on the internet. Due to this, Akashainspiratören cannot and do not take responsibility for confidentiality violations when using the Internet.
§ 2. BOOKING AND PURCHASE OF SERVICES AND PRODUCTS
Akashainspiratören offers services and products with various booking and sales procedures. The following text describes the conditions that apply specifically to different approaches.
2.1 Akashic Records’ readings (Basic Akashic Records Readings, Life situation Readings, Advanced Soul Profile Readings, Vitalforce Source Wheel Analyses, Manifesting Blueprint Readings, Family Orientation Readings)
2.1.1 Akashic Records’ Readings are presented at Zoom and are enabled by preparatory analytical work that is specially adapted to the client.
2.1.2 The client initiates the booking procedure by filling in a form for the requested service at the page for the specific service at Akashainspiratören’s website. Akashainspiratören will get back with proposals for session appointments. When the client and Akashainspiratören have agreed upon session time, Akashainspiratören will provide the client with a payment link by email with a deadline for the execution of payment. The payment shall normally be made one week before the session is supposed to take place. When Akashainspiratören has received the payment, the booking is definitive, and the client will get a written confirmation with a Zoom link within 48 hours.
2.1.3 When the client has paid for the service and received a confirmation, Akashainspiratören initiates the preparatory work that is personally designed for the client. After that, the purchase cannot be cancelled.
2.1.4 Up to 48 hours before the delivery of a Akashic Records’ reading, the client and Akashainspiratören have the right to postpone the call for delivery of the reading free of charge and re-book it for another time for delivery more convenient for both parties. It is then the responsibility of the party who has taken the initiative for the re-scheduling of the appointment to ensure that the other party has been reached by the information. The client has the opportunity of using this possibility of re-scheduling a reading delivery no more than twice. Should the client contact Akashainspiratören with 48 hours’ notice to postpone the reading a third time, Akashainspiratören has the right to charge a rebooking fee of 25% of the value of the service including VAT.
2.1.5 For cancellations and re-bookings initiated by the client later than 48 hours before the planned delivery of a soul reading, Akashainspiratören has the right to charge a rebooking fee of up to 25% of the value of the service including VAT.
2.1.6 The client has the right to cancel his/her planned soul reading or subsequent coaching session at any time until the planned delivery of the reading. Reimbursement of compensation for these services already paid for is not paid after Akashainspiratören has initiated its preparatory work with the reading (s) as the reading is personally adapted to the client.
2.2 Private sessions which do not require preparations (Spiritual Energy Coaching ONE single session/reading follow-up, Traditional Coaching Single Session, Spiritual contact with loved ones – private sitting, Contact with spirit guide and Trance Healing at distance with energy guidance)
2.2.1 Akashainspiratören offers its clients different private services, which in most cases are held at Zoom and which do not require preparatory work.
2.2.2 The client initiates the booking procedure by filling in a form for the requested service at the page for the specific service at Akashainspiratoren’s website. Akashainspiratören will get back with proposals for session appointments. When the client and Akashainspiratören have agreed upon session time, Akashainspiratören will provide the client with a payment link by email with a deadline for the execution of payment. The payment shall normally be made 24 hours before the session is supposed to take place. When Akashainspiratören has received the payment, the booking is definitive, and the client will get a written confirmation with a Zoom link within 48 hours.
2.2.3 When the client has paid for the service and received a confirmation, the purchase cannot be cancelled.
2.2.4 Up to 24 hours before the session, the client and Akashainspiratören have the right to postpone the appointment free of charge and re-book it for another time convenient for both parties. It is then the responsibility of the party who has taken the initiative for the re-scheduling of the appointment to ensure that the other party has been reached by the information. The client has the opportunity of using this possibility of re-scheduling a reading delivery no more than twice. Should the client contact Akashainspiratören with 24 hours’ notice to postpone the reading a third time, Akashainspiratören has the right to charge a rebooking fee of 25% of the value of the service including VAT.
2.2.5 The client has the right to cancel his/her planned session at any time until the planned time for the appointment. Reimbursement of compensation for these services already paid for is not made, if the client wishes to cancel or reschedule the appointment later than 24 hours before planned session.
2.3 Coaching programs and sessions (Traditional Coaching Programs and Spiritual Energy Coaching Programs)
2.3.1 Akashainspiratören offers its clients different coaching programs, which in most cases are held at Zoom.
2.3.2 The client initiates the booking procedure by filling in a form for the requested coaching program at the page for the specific service at Akashainspiratoren’s website. Akashainspiratören will get back with proposals for a first appointment and desired payment model. When the client and Akashainspiratören have agreed upon session time and how many installment the payment shall be divided into, Akashainspiratören will provide the client with a payment link by email with a deadline for the execution of payment. The payment shall normally be made 24 hours before the first session is supposed to take place. When Akashainspiratören has received the payment, the booking is defenitive and the client will get a written confirmation by email with an invitation to the first meeting within 48 hours. If the client have chosen to divide the payment into several monthly installments, Akashainspiratören will send monthly payment links to the klient by email until the payment of the whole program is completed.
2.3.3 When the client has paid for the service and received a confirmation, the purchase cannot be cancelled.
2.3.4 The client is entitled to the hours stated in each program description of the service at Akahsainspiratören’s website. Akashainspiratören held written records of the use of time. How long each follow-up session would be and when it is supposed to take place is something agreed upon by both parties from time to time. Up to 24 hours before each session, the client and Akashainspiratören have the right to postpone the appointment free of charge and re-book it for another time convenient for both parties. It is then the responsibility of the party who has taken the initiative for the re-scheduling of the appointment to ensure that the other party has been reached by the information.
2.3.5 The client has the right to cancel his/her planned session at any time until the planned time for the appointment. If the client wishes to reschedule or cancel the appointment later than 24 hours before the planned session, the time will be debited the clients time record.
2.3.6 If the client does not use the coaching time paid for within the framework of an ongoing coaching program, and the client does not reach any other agreement on the matter with Akashainspiratören, time paid for within the framework of Akashainspiratören’s coaching programs shall be used within one year from the date for the booking confirmation.
2.4 Study Circles with several meetings (Book circles, conversation circles and coaching circles, i e Personal Reality Shaping Programs)
2.4.1 Akashainspiratören offers its clients several group services with more than one meeting, which in most cases are held at Zoom.
2.4.2 The client registers its interest for the service by filling in a form for the requested service at the page for the specific service at Akashainspiratoren’s website. When a suffiscient number of persons have declared their interest for a group service, the client will get an offer from Akashainspiratören with a possibility of participating in the requested circle starting on a specific date. In most cases the activity is also announced in Akashainspiratören’s information channels. The client then gets the opportunity of register for the circle by using a payment link which is sent out by email and from which it is clear when the payment is due. The payment shall normally be made one week before the session is supposed to take place at the latest. When Akashainspiratören has received the payment, the booking is defenitive and the client will get a written confirmation. If the circle is to take place at Zoom, a Zoom link will also be sent by email 48 hours before circle start at the latest.
2.4.3 When the client has paid for the service and received a confirmation, the purchase cannot be cancelled.
2.4.4 Up to one week before the circle starts, the client has the possibility to, free of charge, re-book his/her participation for another similar service convenient for both parties. If Akashainspiratören cancel the circle all together, the client is reimbursed for the full cost for the circle. If Akashainspiratören needs to reschedule single sessions of the circle after circle start, the program schedule will be adapted to what is convenient for most of the participants. It is Akashainspiratören’s ambition that each paying client will be able to participate in all circle sessions.
2.4.5 The client has the right to cancel his/her planned participation at any time until the planned circle starts. Akashainspiratören does not reimburse the circle fee for client who wish to cancel or rebook later than one week before circle start.
2.5 Event Services (Participation in spiritual group sessions, Lectures/Curious About Webbinars, Forest Bathing Walks and Group Meditations)
2.5.1 Akashainspiratören offers its clients several event services, which are held at Zoom, outdoor or on rented premises.
2.5.2 The client pays for his/her ticket in Akashainspiratoren’s webshop, which could be reached by a link from the service page of the website. When Akashainspiratören has received the payment, the booking is definitive, and the client will get a written confirmation. If the session is to take place at Zoom, a Zoom link is also sent by email within 48 hours.
2.5.3 Up to 48 hours before the event, the client has the right the right to cancel or rebook his/her ticket free of charge. It is then the responsibility of the client to ensure that Akashainspiratören has been reached by the information. Within 48 hours from the event, Akashainspiratören does not reimburse any participation fees. The client can, in some cases, after agreement with Akashainspiratoren, give away his/her ticket to another person willing to take his/her place.
2.5.4 If the event is cancelled by Akashainspiratöre, the participation fees are in all cases reimbursed to the client.
2.6 Services designed for the client (Stage mediumship with contacts with Loved Ones in Your place, Forest Bathing Walks on Demand and Lectures on demand)
2.6.1 Akashainspiratören offers its clients group services in different areas, which are designed for the client. The services may be claimed by private persons or corporate customers.
For private clients:
2.6.2 The client initiates the booking procedure by filling in a form for the requested service at the page for the specific service at Akashainspiratören’s website. Akashainspiratören will get back with an offer for the activity. When the client and Akashainspiratören have agreed upon content, time, place and costs for the activity, Akashainspiratören will provide the client with an email specification, which is to be approved by the client. In this there will be one or several payment link/s with due dates of payment. The payment shall normally be made two weeks before the activity.
2.6.3 When the client has paid for the service partly or in full and has approved the specification with terms of the services, Akashainspiratören initiates the necessary preparatory work that is individually designed for the client. After that, the purchase cannot be cancelled.
2.6.4 Up to two weeks before the activity, the client has the right to postpone the activity free of charge and re-book it for another time for delivery more convenient for both parties. It is then the responsibility of the party who has taken the initiative for the re-scheduling of the appointment to ensure that the other party has been reached by the information. The client has the opportunity of using this possibility of re-scheduling an activity no more than twice. Thereinafter, Akashainspiratören has the right to charge a rebooking fee of 25% of the value of the service including VAT.
2.6.5 For cancellations and re-bookings initiated by the client later than two weeks before the planned activity, Akashainspiratören has the right to charge a rebooking fee of up to 25% of the value of the service including VAT. For cancelations later that 48 hours before the activity is supposed to take place, the client will be charged the full cost for the activity.
For corporate customers:
2.6.6 The client initiates the booking procedure by filling in a form for the requested service at the page for the specific service at Akashainspiratören’s website. Akashainspiratören will get back with an offer for the activity. When the client and Akashainspiratören have agreed upon content, time, place and costs for the activity, Akashainspiratören will provide the client with an email specification, which is to be approved by the client.
2.6.7 The following applies to cancellations and re-bookings of corporate events: Up to 30 days before the start of the event, the corporate customer and Akashainspiratören are free to cancel the services free of charge. For cancellations within 14 days before the start of the activity, the corporate customer may cancel the services at a cost of 50 % of the agreed amount and re-book the services at a cost of 25 % of the agreed amount. For re-bookings and cancellations later than 14 days before the start of the event, the client is obliged to reimburse Akashainspiratören with the entire agreed cost for the services, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
2.6.8 Akashainspiratören invoices the corporate customer for the event with 10 days net in arrears, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
2.7 Retreats
2.7.1 Akashainspiratören, in collaboration with a travel agency, offers its clients participation in different retreats.
2.7.2 The client registers its interest in participation in the retreat by filling in a form at the page for the specific service at Akashainspiratoren’s website. When a suffiscient number of persons have declared their interest, the client will get an offer from Akashainspiratören with a possibility of participating in the retreat. In most cases the activity is also announced in Akashainspiratören’s information channels. The client then gets the opportunity of register for the retreat by email. Upon acceptance of the offer, Akashainspiratören provides the travel agency with the details of the client. The travel agency then sends a payment link for a deposit amounting to 30 % of the total fee to the client. From that moment, the travel agency takes on the financial responsibility for the delivering of the service to the client. By six weeks before the departure, the remainder of the retreat fee shall be paid to the travel agency.
2.7.3 Akashainspiratören acts as a contracted partner by the travel agency in this case.
2.7.4 If Akashainspiratören or the travel agency would need to cancel the trip/event, all prepayments will be reimbursed to the client.
2.8 Products (Recorded Meditations and Gift Cards)
2.8.1 Akashainspiratören provides its clients with recorded meditations.
2.8.2 Recorded meditations are purchased by the client directly in Akashainspiratören’s web shop. The meditation is delivered directly digitally to the client. The Distance Trading Act’s right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is delivered in any other way than on a physical medium and thus does not apply in this context.
2.8.3 The client initiates the order of Gift Cards by filling in a form at Akashainspiratören’s website, where details are given of amount, recipient, sender and delivery address. Thereinfafter the client is contacted by Akashainspiratören with a confirmation containing a payment link. When the payment is received by Akashainspiratören, the Gift Card will be posted to the address stated by the client within approximately 48 hours.
2.8.4 Gift Cards which have not been used for the purchase of services will be cancelled after one year from the date of issue.
2.9 Application of the Swedish Distance Trading Act
2.9.1 Many of Akashainspiratören’s services fall within the exception rules of the Swedish Distance Trading Act, as they are individually designed for the recipient or concern specific culture and leasure events. More information about the Distance Trading Act can be found on the Swedish Consumer Agency’s website:

3.1 Akashainspiratören uses cookies in a responsible manner to register how the client uses the company’s website.
3.2 Akashainspiratören uses cookies when the client visits the website of Akashainspiratören and upon configuration of his/her access to the internet with reference to cookies.
3.3 Cookies are small files with information stored in the computer of the client and enable Akashainspiratören to identify the client next time he/she uses the company’s website. The use of cookies gives Akashainspiratören the opportunity to customize and make the page more relevant to the client.
3.4 Akashainspiratören does not use cookies to get access to personal information or to evaluate the contents of the client’s files.
3.5 The client can prevent the storage of cookies by making an appropriate setting in his/her browser. When using this opportunity, the client may as a result not be able to fully use all features of Akashainspiratören’s website.
3.6 The client may prevent the acquisition and processing of data relating to his/her use of the website (including his/her IP address) and which is generated by cookies from Google by downloading and installing Google’s browser plug-in. Similar plug-ins are available also from other providers depending on which browser the client uses.
