The purpose of Akashainspiratören's terms is to clarify which rules apply in connection with booking and purchasing a service with Akashainspiratören. It includes information about how Akashainspiratören processes personal data and cookies on its website as well as what applies to purchases, re-bookings and cancellations of services.
Those who would l like to enjoy Akashainspiratören's services are hereinafter referred to as “the client”(individual clients) or “the corporate costumer” (companies and organizations) whereas the company Akashainspiratören are referred to as “Akashainspiratören”.
All changes to this Terms and Conditions Appendix are published on Akashainspiratören's website.
1. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
1.1 Akashainspiratören is obliged to protect the client's privacy and complies with the EU directive GDPR.
1.2 When booking and paying for a service, Akashainspiratören usually collects the following information about the client: Name, address, e-mail address, postal address and telephone number. When it is necessary for the implementation of the service, for example for soul readings, Akashainspiratören also requests information about the client's date of birth (place of birth, date of birth and name at birth).
1.3 Akashainspiratören does not collect more personal information than necessary to guarantee the client a safe and good service.
1.4 Akashainspiratören maintains a structured system for client consent. Upon the engagement of Akashainspiratören, the client agrees that Akashainspiratören may collect and process his/her personal data submitted.
1.5 Upon the client's consent, Akashainspiratören uses the information collected to offer the client information about Akashainspiratören's ongoing activities (for example, special offers, new services and prices).
1.6 The client may at any time request access to the personal data collected by Akashainspiratören about him/her, change this information and request that his/her personal data is deleted from Akashainspiratören’s register and/or withdraw from Akashainspiratören’s newsletter service and other standardized e-mails.
1.7 Booking and payment for soul reading/s: Upon receipt of the client's booking and payment, Akashainspiratören conduct the reading and makes a written record of the soul reading/s that the client has booked and paid for. The soul reading is then offered to the client with delivery by telephone after payment on the booked appointment. These written record of the reading will be saved by Akashainspiratören for future follow-up of the reading (s), if the client has not specifically expressed in writing (for example in an e-mail) that the reading should be deleted from Akashainspiratören's devices. The readings are stored coded and separated from the client's personal data to ensure the client's integrity and privacy as far as possible.
1.8 A client who has had a soul reading delivered may at any time after the reading has been delivered request that the record of the reading be deleted from Akashainspiratören’s registers and devices. If the client at the time of delivery of the reading has agreed upon that the reading is recorded within the framework of Free Conference Call’s recording service, the Free Conference Calls rules for the management of external links apply. In these cases, the client is responsible for the removal of the recordings of the call from Free Conference Call. Akashainspiratören does not manage or save these external links.
1.9 Akashainspiratören does not sell, let or lend mailing lists for its newsletters or other registered information, soul readings or information about usage trends to any other company or organization but keep it for internal use. Akashainspiratören may, however, when necessary, share its registered e-mail addresses with its website administrator or IT technicians working on Akashainspiratören's assignment for the offering of services on Akashainspiratören's website and in its newsletters. The e-mail addresses are not stored with the website administrator/IT technician.
1.10 Akashainspiratören's newsletters and standardized e-mails always provide the client with information on how he/she can subscribe from the newsletters and thereby receiving further updates via e-mail.
1.11 The handling of personal data guaranteed by this Terms and Conditions Appendix only applies to the website of Akashainspiratören. Akashainspiratören's website may contain links to other addresses. The contents of these other addresses are not controlled by Akashainspiratören. These links are there to provide information and service to the client. However, Akashainspiratören takes no responsibility for how these other websites manage the client's personal information.
1.12 Data can never be 100% protected on the internet. Due to this, Akashainspiratören cannot and do not take responsibility for confidentiality violations when using the Internet.
2. BOOKING AND PURCHASE OF SERVICES AND PRODUCTS
2.1 Soul readings
2.1.1 Soul Readings are presented by telephone and are enabled by preparatory analytical work that is specially adapted to the client. Coaching based on completed soul reading also requires preparatory work of this kind.
2.1.2 Bookings are made by e-mail after initial contact with Akashainspiratören’s employees over phone, SMS or e-mail. When the appointment is booked, Akashainspiratören urges the client to pay for the reading in Akashainspiratören's webshop. The purchase is confirmed by Akashainspiratören with a written confirmation received in the shop upon payment.
2.1.3 When the client has paid for the service and received confirmation, Akashainspiratören initiates the preparatory work that is personally designed for the client. After that, the purchase cannot be cancelled.
2.1.4 Up to 48 hours before the delivery of a soul reading, the client and Akashainspiratören have the right to postpone the call for delivery of the reading free of charge and re-book it for another time for delivery more convenient for both parties. It is then the responsibility of the party who has taken the initiative for the re-scheduling of the appointment to ensure that the other party has been reached by the information. The client has the opportunity to use this possibility of re-scheduling a reading delivery no more than twice. Should the client contact Akashainspiratören with 48 hours notice to postpone the reading a third time, Akashainspiratören has the right to charge a rebooking fee of 25% of the value of the service including VAT.
2.1.5 For cancellations and re-bookings initiated by the client later than 48 hours before the planned delivery of a soul reading, Akashainspiratören has the right to charge a rebooking fee of up to 25% of the value of the service including VAT.
2.1.6 The client has the right to cancel his/her planned soul reading or subsequent coaching session at any time until the planned delivery of the reading. Reimbursement of compensation for these services already paid for is not paid after Akashainspiratören has initiated its preparatory work with the reading (s) as the reading is personally adapted to the client.
2.2 Forest bathing walks
For individual clients
2.2.1 Akashainspiratören provides individual clients with different types of group forest walks. As there is a maximum number of participants in all forest bathing walks, a reservation in a group can always be pre-booked to guarantee a place. The forest bathing walks are leisure activities that are carried out on specific days for a limited period of time, which means a restriction on the Distance Trading Act's right of withdrawal (see more below!)
2.2.2 A pre-booked reservation for a forest bath walk is made by the settlement of payment for the service in Akashainspiratören's webshop and is confirmed by Akashainspiratören by a written confirmation provided directly by the shop upon payment. There is also possible for a client send a registration of interest for a certain walk to Akashainspiratören. Registration of interest is not binding and does not give the right to participate in the walk, as the number of participants are limited and clients who have settled their payments are given priority.
2.2.3 A client who has paid in advance and thus reserved his/her participation in a certain forest bathing walk, can cancel his/her place at any time until the walk takes place. Akashainspiratören then reimburses the fee already paid only when the group is full and Akashainspiratören thus does not suffer any financial loss due to the cancellation. The Distance Trading Act's right of withdrawal does not apply, as the activities fall under the exceptional principles in this Act.
2.2.4 Subject to availability, the client can book his/her participation in a forest bathing walk at the start of the walk and then choose to pay for his/her tour with either Swish or credit card using the webshop of Akashainspiratören.
For corporate customers
2.2.5 Akashainspiratören provides its corporate customers and organizations with different types of forest bathing walks in groups, which all are booked and tailored specifically for each corporate customer.
2.2.6 The booking is made by e-mail after initial contact with Akashainspiratören's employees over the phone, SMS or e-mail, whereby the price is determined. Akashainspiratören confirms the booking by email with a written booking confirmation.
2.2.7 The following applies to cancellations and re-bookings of corporate events: Up to 30 days before the start of the event, the corporate customer and Akashainspiratören are free to cancel the services free of charge.
For cancellations within 14 days before the start of the event, the corporate customer may cancel the services at a cost of 75% of the agreed amount and re-book the services at a cost of 25% of the agreed amount. For re-bookings and cancellations later than 14 days before the start of the event, the client is obliged to reimburse Akashainspiratören with the entire agreed cost for the services, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
2.2.8 Akashainspiratören invoices the corporate customer for the event with 15 days net in arrears, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
2.3 Study groups, book circles and lectures
For individual clients
2.3.1 Akashainspiratören provides its individual clients with various types of study group circles and supervised book circles, physical and digital leisure activities that are performed on specific days for a limited period of time, which means a restriction on the Distance Trading Act's right of withdrawal (see more below!)
2.3.2 The reservation of participation at study circles and supervised book circles is done by the client through payment of the activity in the Akashainspiratörens webshop and confirmed in writing by the Akashainspiratören in the shop upon settlement of payment. The client could also make an interest registration at Akashainspiratören showing interest in participating in a certain study circle, book circle or lecture. Registration of interest is not binding and does not give the right to participate in the circle or lecture, as the clients who have made their reservations by settling the participation fee will be given priority to the activity in question.
2.3.3 A client who has settled his/her payment in advance for a study circle, book circle or lecture and thus pre-booked her/his seat, has within seven days before the start of the circle or lecture the right to re-book his reservation for another study circle or supervised book circle of the same scope and at the same price. For individual lectures, the corresponding deadline is 24 hours.
Thereafter, the client can initiate a re-booking and be entitled to it only on condition that Akashainspiratören has a full group at the circle or lecture, to which the client has originally booked his/her participation. If there is no other client willing to take his/her place, the purchase will not be returned. The Distance Trading Act's right of withdrawal does not apply, as the activities fall under the law's exceptional principles.
For corporate customers
2.3.4 Akashainspiratören provides to its corporate customers different types of study circles and group lectures, which are booked and tailored specifically for each corporate customer.
2.3.5 The booking is made by e-mail after initial contact with Akashainspiratören's employees by phone, SMS or e-mail, whereby the price is determined. Akashainspiratören confirms the booking by e-mail with a booking confirmation.
2.3.6 The following applies to cancellations and re-bookings of corporate events: Up to 30 days before the start of the event, the corporate customer and Akashainspiratören area free to cancel the services free of charge.
For cancellations within 14 days before the start of the event, the corporate customer may cancel the services at a cost of 75% of the agreed amount and re-book the service at a cost of 25% of the agreed amount. For re-bookings and cancellations within 14 days before the start of the event, the corporate costumer is obliged to reimburse Akashainspiratören with the entire agreed costs for the services, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
2.3.7 Akashainspiratören invoices the corporate customer for the event with 15 days net in arrears, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
2.4 Meditations
2.4.1 Akashainspiratören provides its clients with two types of meditations; recorded meditations and meditation events (physical and on Zoom).
2.4.2 Recorded meditations are purchased by the client directly in Akashainspiratören's web shop. The meditation is delivered directly digitally to the client together with a written confirmation received in the shop upon receipt of payment. The Distance Trading Act's right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is delivered in any other way than on a physical medium and thus does not apply in this context.
2.4.3 Reservation of participation in a mediation event is made by the client by settling of the payment for the activity in Akashainspiratören's webshop and is confirmed by Akashainspiratören with a written confirmation received in the shop upon receipt of payment. The client could also make an interest registration at Akashainspiratören showing interest in participating in a certain meditation event. Registration of interest is not binding and does not give the right to participate in the event, as the participants who already have reserved their participation by the settlement of payment in advance gain priority to those who have not yet settled their payment.
2.4.4 A client who has reserved his/her participation at a meditation event (physically or at Zoom) by pre-paying the fee may re-book his/her participation within 24 hours before the event starts.
2.5 Healing sessions and private sittings
2.5.1 Akashainspiratören provides various types of healing sessions (spiritual healing and trans-healing) and private sittings to its clients in a physical environment and on Zoom.
2.5.2 The booking is made by e-mail after contact with Akashainspiratören's employees over phone, SMS or e-mail. When the appontment is booked, Akashainspiratören sends a written booking confirmation to the client with information about the services ordered and how and when it will be delivered.
2.5.3 In connection with the session/sitting, the client pays for the services in Akashainspiratören's webshop and receives a written confirmation in the shop upon Akashainspiratören’s receipt of the payment.

3. USE OF COOKIES
3.1 Akashainspiratören uses cookies in a responsible manner to register how the client uses the company's website.
3.2 Akashainspiratören uses cookies when the client visits the website of Akashainspiratören and upon configuration of his/her access to the internet with reference to cookies.
3.3 Cookies are small files with information stored in the computer of the client and enable Akashainspiratören to identify the client next time he/she uses the company's website.
The use of cookies gives Akashainspiratören the opportunity to customize and make the page more relevant to the client.
3.4 Akashainspiratören does not use cookies to get access to personal information or to evaluate the contents of the client's files.
3.5 The client can prevent the storage of cookies by making an appropriate setting in his/her browser. When using this opportunity, the client may as a result not be able to fully use all features of Akashainspiratören's website.
3.6 The client may prevent the acquisition and processing of data relating to his/her use of the website (including his/her IP address) and which is generated by cookies from Google by downloading and installing Google's browser plug-in. Similar plug-ins are available also from other providers depending on which browser the client uses.
